Meet · Legacy Design Immersive
5 sessions. · 3 months. · One shared reality.
A family business can grow for years on instinct, work and loyalty. But continuity asks for something else.
It asks for a common language. It asks for clear roles. It asks for a mature understanding of wealth. It asks that the family be able to see the same reality before it makes big decisions. Legacy Design Immersive is my proprietary method of working with entrepreneurial families who want to turn the business they have built into a legacy business.
Only 3% of failed transitions break for legal reasons. The rest break in the system no one has measured. That is the system we work with here.
Why the method is needed
Many families have built serious companies, but did not grow up in a culture where succession, ownership, roles and continuity are discussed naturally, in good time.
Almost any difficult conversation creates a main character, the founder, the successor, the one who speaks the loudest. When there is a main character, the rest of the family goes on the defensive.
Legacy Design Immersive is built precisely to remove these two limits: the lack of language and the need to put someone at the centre.
Every family member's voice counts
Each family member expresses their perception individually, without spectacle, without public confrontation, without the strongest voice steering everything. Then the reading is done at the level of the family. We build a shared reality from everyone's perceptions.
No one is the main character.
The family system is the main character.
From intuition to a common language
Katalin Orosz AI makes it interactive.
The invisible system becomes visible
A tension in the family can slow a business decision. An unclear point about wealth can turn into conflict between siblings. That is why we look at how the three work together.
8 indicators
How the family works under pressure: dialogue, roles, expectations, autonomy, trust and what stays unsaid.
8 indicators
How the family understands wealth: ownership, responsibility, risk, distribution, financial education and long-term thinking.
8 indicators
How the family sustains performance: real roles, leadership, discipline, merit, decisions and the ability to carry the business forward.
24 indicators. 8 for each dimension. One shared reality. Not for control or labels, but to turn perceptions into a common language.
The transformation in 3 months
Each family member completes an individual profile, not to be labelled, but to understand how they interpret situations, how they react under pressure and how they communicate in conflict.
Based on the individual questionnaires, we calculate the family's indicators to understand how the family works: expectations, roles, pressures, silences and dynamics that do not show up in an org chart. The reading is at the level of the family, not at the level of who is to blame.
Based on the individual questionnaires, we calculate the family's indicators to understand how the family understands wealth: what is fair, how money moves, what ownership means, how much risk the family can carry and how far it thinks ahead.
Based on the individual questionnaires, we calculate the family's indicators to understand the roles, the leadership and the system's real capacity to sustain performance, without assuming who should lead.
This is where it all comes together: psychology, family, wealth and business. The family receives a clear picture of the shared reality, how large the differences in perception are between members, where they stand relative to international practice, the risk areas, how those risks can be reduced and what next steps would strengthen the family dynamic and secure the creation of multigenerational wealth.
The method will be presented on the global stage at the Family Firm Institute Global Conference, New York, October 2026. I come back from there with even more know-how, so that I can serve the families I work with even better.
What remains afterward
Not a nice presentation that is forgotten. Four things the family can use going forward, even without an advisor in the room.
Family, wealth and business, seen the same way by all the relevant members.
Control comes from understanding, the power you already have. You see more clearly what you want to build together.
What needs to be clarified, and in what order, before the next stage.
Words the family can use going forward, on its own, in the hard conversations.
Case studies · real clients
Real families, from groups with several companies to businesses in full growth. Some chose to work in good time and passed the baton without a rupture; with others, the door to the conversation was not yet open, and there you see, more clearly than anywhere, what it costs to wait.
The baton passed to the new generation, without a rupture.
Through assessments, discussions and mentoring sessions, we built a succession roadmap grounded in each daughter's character: one on the CEO track, the other Creative Director. The third generation already has a name.
„Succession is not a moment. It is a process."
Governance and dialogue between
generations.
Some families build companies. This family built an ecosystem. We guided the conversation that brings clarity, dialogue and governance between generations, at the scale of a whole group, not a single company.
„Governance does not limit the family. It gives it a common language."
When the family is not ready, the window closes.
A founder came to prepare his family for the transition, but not everyone was willing to sit at the table, and the family conversation was left for another time. I work with the whole family, not with a single member.
„Readiness is what counts. If a family is not ready, I cannot help it."
Families that start early pass the baton. Those that postpone have it later, usually more expensively, at the notary or in court. The difference is made by the moment you choose to sit down at the table.

The next step · The private room
This is where the part that truly matters begins, a private conversation, between people, about how you build a legacy and a wealth that outlasts a single generation.
It is said that it takes a whole village to raise a child. In the same way, it takes more than a single person to build a legacy.
That is why I am not the only one who comes to the table. Family Firm Advisors comes too, the advisory firm behind the method, a team that works discreetly, alongside your family, at every step.
Start with a private conversation
It starts with a private conversation, with no obligation, in which we understand together whether this is the right moment for your family. I work with a small number of families each year, and the best conversation is the one held before the decision becomes urgent.
I am not the only one at the table. Family Firm Advisors, the firm behind the method, works alongside your family.
Discretion is part of the method.
One shared reality
The transition happens only once. It is worth doing before the silences decide in your place.
