1. The site operator and the object of the terms
The website katalinorosz.com (referred to as "the site") is administered by Salespro SRL, which carries out its activity under the brand Family Firm Advisors, with its registered office at str. Predeal 82/B, Targu Mures, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2019002003269, sole registration code RO41829350 (referred to as "we" or "the administrator"). This document sets out the conditions for the use of the site. By accessing and using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The nature of the site
The site is a PRESENTATION site of the activity and the work of Katalin Orosz (family business advisor, author). The site has an informative purpose. On this site products are NOT sold and payments are NOT processed. The book is available on external sites (for example nemira.ro), under the terms and conditions of those sites, for which we are not responsible.
3. The contact form and the relationship between the parties
Through the contact form you can request a private conversation. Filling in and submitting the form represents a request on your part and does NOT create, in itself, a contract or an obligation to provide any service. Any collaboration is established separately, in writing, through a distinct agreement between the parties. We reserve the right to respond or not to a request, at our sole discretion.
The processing of the data transmitted through the form is described in the Privacy policy. Please do not send legal, financial or other confidential information through the form.
4. Intellectual property
The entire content of the site (texts, the structure and design of the pages, logo, names, graphics, illustrations, photographs, the materials related to the book and to the methodology) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to the administrator or to the rights holders and is used with their agreement. You may view and use the site solely for personal, informative use.

You undertake to use the site in good faith and not to:
- attempt unauthorized access to the site or to the connected systems;
- transmit illegal, abusive content or content that infringes the rights of others through the form;
