This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on katalinorosz.com, in accordance with Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

katalinorosz.com is a presentation site, built to respect privacy. As a matter of principle:

The anti-spam mechanism at form submission (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a strictly necessary technical cookie and may process minimal technical data for security purposes. Being strictly necessary for the secure submission of the form, it does not depend on consent.
4. External content (LinkedIn, YouTube, Nemira)
Certain links on the site lead to third-party platforms (for example newsletter subscription on LinkedIn, videos on YouTube, the book on nemira.ro). The videos load only after you press the play button (we use the youtube-nocookie.com domain). When you access these links or when you choose to load content from these platforms, they may set their own cookies, under their privacy policies, over which we have no control. We recommend that you consult the policies of the respective platforms.
5. How you control cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the operation of the site (for example the submission of the form). You can find instructions for the usual browsers in their help sections.
6. Changes
If in the future we introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics with cookies or personalization), we will implement a consent mechanism (banner) with accept and reject options that are equally visible, without pre-ticked options, and we will update this policy.
